eBO Reports Setting for users with Internet Explorer 10 - Revised 5/26/14

If you are having trouble viewing or generating reports in eCW eBO reports, you may need to put your computer into Compatibility View Mode for Internet Explorer 10.

1. To determine which version of Internet Explorer you have, click on the Gear Icon in the upper right hand corner and then on About Internet Explorer.

2. If you have Internet Explorer 10, continue with instructions.  If you have a lower number than Version 10 and are still having issues, please contact Newcomb Computers for Support or if you have a higher number than version 10, contact Newcomb Computers Support.
3. After logging into eCW and opening the eBO reports website, look at the end of the address bar for a symbol that looks like a broken page and click on it.  This will add the eBO site to the list for compatibility view which will allow your computer to load the websites like the previous version of Internet Explorer.
