Each location (if equipped) has the ability for inbound faxes to be routed into a network folder and viewed from eClincalWorks.  This will cut down on time to scan inbound faxes and also paper/toner usage instead of faxes automatically printing.

The following locations are implemented with inbound eClinicalWorks faxing.

5. Review information below on how to access faxes.

How to access faxes
Method #1 - Click on Fax in the top menu bar, then click on Fax Inbox.  Here you can right click on a fax and Attach to a Patient, Patient Docs, etc.

Method #2 -  From any Patient Documents screen, Change the Radio Button under Document Category from Scan Docs to Fax Inbox.  This will change the files available from Scanned files to faxes.  Here you can assign faxes as you would Scanned Documents.
